Postpartum doula services · Nashville
Complete postpartum care, customized to your family.
Some days you need feeding help. Other days you desperately need sleep, or someone to do the dishes so you can shower. Every visit focuses on what you need most that day — no rigid schedules, no judgment.
Daytime visits
Four to six hours of exactly what you need.
I arrive when it works for your schedule. We focus on whatever helps most that day — hands-on teaching, letting you nap while I handle baby care, tackling the dishes, or just being a sounding board.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
Complex situations welcome.
I’ve supported Nashville families through a wide range of circumstances — whatever yours looks like, you’re welcome here.
- C-section recovery, NICU graduates
- Adoption, twins & multiples
- LGBTQ+ families, single parents
- Special needs, loss & grief
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
Honest about what I don't do.
My role is to educate, support, and empower — not to take over or make decisions for you. I don’t provide:
- Medical advice or clinical care
- Deep cleaning or professional housekeeping
- Care for sick family members or sick babies
- Overnight care (though I'm happy to share sleep resources)
- Decisions for your family — those are yours
Service area
In-home support throughout Greater Nashville.
I typically serve families within a 30-minute drive of BNA. No travel fee inside that radius; locations beyond it may include a $20 travel fee, which we’ll discuss at your consultation. Slightly outside the radius? Let’s talk — I occasionally make exceptions.
